Article presentation guidelines

1. Articles by students which contain the name of the educational institute will be accepted only if the names of supervisor(s) and advisor(s)are mentioned.

2. Articles by students which do not contain the name of the educational institute will be accepted only with a written agreement of supervisor(s) andadvisor(s).

3. Articles by alumni from their thesis or dissertation will be accepted only with a written agreement of supervisor(s) and advisor(s).

4. Authorsshould follow the article format of the conference which can be found on the conference website.

5. If an article is accepted by the reviewers of the conference, the authors should submit the final version of the article and pay the registration feeelectronicallythrough the conference website.

Moral commitments of presenting an article
Authors of the articles of this conference should obey the followings:

-Not violating the rights of other scientists, including:
Presenting others articles with little changes as your own
Using a source without citing it
Changing the format, structure, and keywords of an article to presentit as your own
Using published figures, tables, maps, experimental data, results, apparatus manuals, or data banks without permission of the publisher
Presenting a published article with another language

-Not violating co-authors rights, including:
Missing supervisor(s) or advisor(s) name
Missing the names ofstudents or anyone who has a contributionin the research
Presenting an article with the names of contributors without their permissions
Mentioning name of people who had notany contribution in the research

-Not misusing your own research, including:
Submitting a presented article in previous conferences
Submitting an article to other conference(s) at the same time
Submitting a published article or a part of it in the conference
Using published sentences, methods, tables, graphs, or results without citing it
